Licensed and registered wholesalers and businesses and photo identification holders must read and know the agency's rules and regulations governing wholesalers, businesses, unions, trade associations, and photo identification holders in the public wholesale markets. A licensee, registrant, or photo identification holder who fails to comply with the agency's rules and regulations may be subject to administrative action including fines and penalties and/or suspension or revocation of the license, registration, or photo identification.
