How to File a Complaint

There are several ways to file a complaint with the CCRB. Please choose the method that is most convenient for you. You can:

CALL the CCRB Hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: dial 311 (outside NYC dial 212-NEW-YORK; TTY/TDD - 212-504-4115).

FILE IN PERSON at 40 Rector Street, 2nd Floor, Manhattan, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.
