On February 6, 2009, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for 363-365 Bond Street.

A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, January 7th, 2009. Comments were accepted at the hearing and for ten days following the hearing, until January 20, 2009.  The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
