Flushing Creek CSO Long Term Control Plan (LTCP)

DEP is currently working on a Long-Term Control Plan (LTCP) to better understand CSO impacts on water quality in the Flushing Creek. To learn more about the this watershed, improvement projects already implemented and the future development of the Flushing Creek LTCP, click here.

The Flushing Creek LTCP has been submitted to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) for review and comment. To view the draft LTCP, click here.
