If you are a building owner and you are interested in becoming a service provider to the Department of Homeless Services, visit the Current RFPs section of this site or stop by the DHS Office of Contracts and Procurement to obtain a copy of the open-ended RFP for New and Replacement Capacity (33 Beaver Street, 13th Floor – Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). The full application requirements are outlined in the RFP, but some of the key components are:
- Demonstrated social service experience and administrative capacity;
- A social service program description;
- Evidence of site control;
- Community notification;
- Site and development description; and
- Timeline for development.
