Assign (Transfer) Bail to Another Person

The surety (the person who paid the bail) can complete a Bail Assignment Application to assign the bail payment to someone else. The form must be notarized and submitted to the address on the form with the original bail receipt.

Revoking a Bail Assignment
Once bail has been assigned, the assignment cannot be revoked, unless the assignee assigns the money back to the surety.
