9/11 Health - City Employees

Nearly 60,000 city employees report that they participated in the rescue, recovery and clean-up of the World Trade Center (WTC) disaster.  New York City bears a special responsibility to ensure that the best health care, based on the most current research, is available to those who are ill, or who may eventually develop symptoms associated with the 9/11 attacks.
