311/NYC.gov Operations - The 311 Citizen Service Center is the Citywide customer service organization for New York City government. The division serves an operational function as the City's mission-critical, 24/7 call center for non-emergency government information and services. 311 also serves a project-based function, focused on software application development for Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) to improve and measure customer service delivery for City government. NYC.gov is the City's official Web site and is managed and supported by DoITT. NYC.gov provides 24/7 online access to City services and information through the Internet.

NYC Media Group - The NYC Media Group is comprised of one broadcast television station and five cable stations, known collectively as NYC TV; and one full power FM radio station, 91.5 FM. The network features programming about New York City lifestyle, culture, government, and history.
