3-1-1 Citizen Service Center

NYC’s 3-1-1 Citizen Service Center has proved to be a breakthrough in both NYC governments, and Call Centers as we know it. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, a live operator is available at all times to help with any non-emergency city service requests. NYC 3-1-1 is proving to serve as a model for other 3-1-1 Call Centers across the United States and around the world.
