Where to Purchase NYC Parking Cards
- Use a credit card to make a purchase online.
- Purchase at a CityStore location.
- Purchase at the Department of Finance Adjudication and Payment Center, 66 John Street, 2nd floor, Manhattan, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
- Mail-in an application with a check.
