	MAYOR BLOOMBERG AND SANITATION COMMISSIONER DOHERTY AWARD MEDALS OF HONOR, PROMOTE OFFICIALS AND APPOINT VARIOUS DSNY PERSONNEL Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Sanitation Commissioner John J. 	ASP is RESTORED in parts of Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill beginning November 9. Effective Monday, November 9, 2009, enforcement of the newly posted 90 minute Street Cleaning/Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be RESTORED in parts of the Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, sections of Brooklyn.
