Any organization applying to the New York City Council to receive FY 2010 discretionary funding totaling more than $10,000 must be Prequalified through this process. 

Organizations prequalified for FY 2009 funding must complete a Recertification Form to remain Prequalified:

• PQL Recertification Form (in PDF )

If the organization receiving funding is not on the List of organizations prequalified for FY 2009 funding, it must complete a PQL Application regardless of whether it applied in FY 2009:
