New York City Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), including those at the Environmental Control Board (ECB), are governed by the Rules of Conduct for Administrative Law Judges and Hearing Officers of the City of New York. The Rules of Conduct ensure that ALJs conduct themselves fairly, impartially and professionally.
