There are three ways to resolve an NOV without a hearing:

1. Make a payment;

2. Agree to a stipulation by meeting all terms offered by the issuing agency, such as correcting the violation, paying the penalty, and agreeing to any other terms before a hearing; or

3. Cure the violation by correcting it and providing a certificate of correction to the appropriate City agency.
