Incident Response Force Command (CBIRF) will be dedicating
their Training Facility in memory of Deputy
Chief Raymond M. Downey. The dedication will be
at the CBIRF Training Facility in Stumpneck, Maryland.

2004, the Throggs Neck 9/11 Memorial was dedicated.
The Memorial honors those residents of the Throggs Neck
community who perished on September 11, 2001. Included
in those honored were the following members: Captain
Frederick J. Ill, Jr., L-2, Lt.
Raymond E. Murphy, L-16, Lt.
Thomas G. O’Hagan, B-4, FF
Peter A. Bielfeld, L-46, FF Michael Lynch and FF
Dennis Mulligan, L-2. All are welcome to visit the
memorial, which is located adjacent to the quarters
of Engine Company 72.

in the memory of FF John Sineno, Engine 58. The ceremony

Commonwealth Blvd, in Queens, New York. Firefighter
Sineno was retired. He passed away on April 2, 2003.
In addition to serving the people of New York as a Firefighter,
he is also known for writing a cookbook. All off-duty
