Rent Guidelines Board Reports The NYC Rent Guidelines Board has released the first four research reports of the 2008 season. The 2008 Price Index of Operating Costs, Mortgage Survey, 2008 Income & Expense Study, and 2008 Income & Affordability Study are now available for download on the Rent Guidelines Board Web site. First Section 8 Vouchers Issued Since List Reopened NYCHA distributed more than 200 Section 8 vouchers to eligible households for the first time since the waiting list reopened last January. Work Advantage Program Work Advantage invests in homeless families who work full or part-time by giving them the rent support they need to move towards independence. It provides a strong motivation to work while moving families out of shelter and into the community. Learn more
