The Center for Employment Opportunities, or CEO, strives to ensure that anyone returning to the community from incarceration and wants to find a job has the support to do so. CEO offers immediate and comprehensive employment services, as well as a special Responsible Fatherhood Program, which helps participants rebuild any family ties that may have been damaged while they were in jail.

This nationwide organization is based in New York, and builds employment readiness for the unemployed through a variety of job training and placement services, as well as career advancement and attitudinal development courses.
