Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities - Independent Living Centers

ILCs are community-based organizations whose main focus is to teach people with disabilities the skills required for independent living. Other services include advocacy, counseling, support groups, assistance with housing, and referrals. Following are a list of the centers in the five boroughs.
