Expanded Returnable Grant Fund
The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services and the Fund for the City of New York currently offer a revolving loan program known as the Returnable Grant Fund (RGF). On July 1st 2009 the loan capacity of the RGF will be increased by 150%, an enhancement that will enable the City to provide loans to additional not-for-profits receiving City funds to assist them during short-term cash flow difficulties.
