Minority-owned, Women-owned and Small Business Enterprises

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) has a long-standing commitment to ensuring that minority-owned, women-owned, and small business enterprises (MWSBEs) are afforded an equal opportunity to participate in NYCHA's procurement process.

NYCHA has implemented a new Supplier Portal that provides vendors seeking contracting opportunities with numerous benefits, among them the ability to:

  • receive bidding opportunity notices via e-mail
  • download bid packages - for free - from the internet
  • submit bids via the internet
  • track payments on-line

If you have not already registered in the new Supplier Portal, we encourage you to do so now. This will allow us to ensure that you receive procurement information related to the products and services you offer. Once you have registered with information about your company, NYCHA will provide you with a unique Username and Password. You will then be able to designate the products and services that you offer. To register, click here: Register Here.
