Solicitation for Appraisal: Bronx Community District 4
NYCHA seeks proposals from entities qualified to perform an appraisal of the following interests of a site in Bronx Community District Four: 1) valuation based on the “As-Is” or “Fair Market Value” of fee title in the property, in its unimproved condition; 2) valuation of the property assuming its improvement by a four-story community educational facility containing approximately 50,000 square feet to accommodate about 400 elementary school students; and 3; ) valuation of the property’s “highest and best use”, as determined by the appraiser.
Proposers must have a minimum of three years’ experience conducting appraisals of properties in New York City, and, at a minimum, appraisals must be performed by New York State certified real estate appraisers.
