The Communicator is a free newsletter for Section 8 voucher holders and is published by the New York City Housing Authority’s Leased Housing Department. Each issue of the newsletter generally addresses one or two specific areas of operation or policy, explains new procedures, and/or informs tenants/voucher holders of any pending or existing city, state, or federal legislation that impacts the Section 8 Program.
