What are Voucher Payment Standards (VPS)?
The “payment standard” is the maximum monthly housing assistance payment for the family (before deducting the total tenant payment by the family).
The New York City Housing Authority now utilizes different utility allowances for elevator buildings and 1-5 family house and walkup buildings as indicated below.
