WOODEN PALLETS AND CRATES

Find ways to reuse wooden shipping pallets and crates. Recycle wooden shipping items that cannot be reused. Consider whether or not stretch wrap is necessary on pallet loads; strapping may work as well, and it generates less waste.

PAPERBOARD AND CARDBOARD

Reduce packaging of incoming and outgoing items. Reuse cardboard and paperboard boxes wherever possible. Recycle boxes that are no longer usable. Consider replacing disposable boxes with reusable containers.

REUSABLE CONTAINERS

Whether your Agency receives deliveries or ships items to other locations, consider replacing single-use packaging with reusable containers.
