On Thursday, November 12, 2009, the New York City Police Department will hold a public forum pursuant to the provisions of Local Law No. 24 of 2005, to obtain community comment on the potential adverse impacts of a street closure initiated for security reasons, specifically Shore Parkway between West 13^th Street and the MTA Stillwell Train Yard, falling within Brooklyn Community District 13.

The forum will take place on Thursday, November 12, 2009, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the New York City Police Department’s Police Service Area No. 1, 2860 West 23^rd Street, Brooklyn.
