 On June 16, 2009, OEM teamed up with Facebook to
launch the agency's official Facebook page. With more than two million
users in New York City, Facebook has the potential to help OEM keep New
Yorkers informed and prepared for emergencies.

 OEM staff encouraged visitors to use laptops at the
event to become fans of OEM's Facebook Page and stay informed about
emergencies in New York City. Channel 11's Larry Hoff covered the event
live for the Channel 11 Early Show.

 OEM introduced five new ways New Yorkers can
stay informed about preparedness tips, emergency information, and Ready New
York event listings: Facebook, NotifyNYC, Twitter, Youtube, and OEM email
alerts.

pandemic flu and hurricanes.

 While the news cameras were rolling, Mr. Kelly led
the way for New Yorkers to stay informed by becoming a fan of OEM on
