 Retiree Health Benefits Inquiries Beginning Monday, January 14, 2013 the Health Benefits Program will resume operation at: City of New York Health Benefits Program Retirees can visit the office between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday thru Friday, except holidays.
