Brooklyn Fudge

Amanda Jones' passion for making fudge began with a family tradition of making her great Aunt's recipe each Christmas. After speaking with another Brooklyn entrepreneur, Amanda decided to turn her love of fudge into a business. Thus, Brooklyn Fudge was born. The Business Need Ms. Jones quickly moved from selling her fudge at PTA holiday fairs to thinking about expansion domestically and overseas. As these exciting possibilities arose, Ms. Jones realized that she needed legal advice to protect her business and her product.
