Fine & Raw Chocolate

Daniel Sklaar has always had a passion for all things chocolate. Inspired by his work as a chef in a raw food restaurant, he decided to combine these passions by making chocolate using raw food principles. The experiment turned out to be a delicious success and Daniel decided to launch his own business, Fine & Raw Chocolate.
Mr. Sklaar knew he had a delicious product, but had never launched a business and needed to learn the ins and outs of how to launch a business and navigate the complicated food services industry.
Mr. Sklaar attended the NYC Business Solutions Restaurant Bootcamp, as well as an E-commerce workshop series, to gain a solid knowledge base prior to launching his business.
Mr. Sklaar successfully launched his web-based business in April 2008, and his products are now sold in stores around New York City.
