For the 27th consecutive year, NASCAR returns to New York City to crown the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion. In conjunction with this celebration, NASCAR will take over the city with the 5th annual NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champions Week. NASCAR will host a week-long celebration with events including the Aflac Pit Stop Tour, Aflac Fan Fest, NASCAR Tailgate City driven by Ford, and NASCAR's annual awards banquet.

Aflac Pit Stop Tour
December 2-6, 2008 - Various Locations
The Aflac Pit Stop Tour brings the sights and sounds of Pit Road to the streets of New York City. Official Partner show cars will be stationed throughout Manhattan. Locations: Madison Square Garden, Sirius Radio Headquarters, Tissot Retail/Tourneau Building, Across from M&M Store, Across from Hard Rock Café

Aflac Fan Fest
December 4-6, 2008 - Hard Rock Cafe Times Square
Interactive fan experience showcasing NASCAR drivers, show cars and Official Partners held at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Includes music, entertainment and official NASCAR partner activities and giveaways. Fanfest activities will include NASCAR driver appearances, a Richard Petty Diving Experience Tire-Changing Contest, a Sprint interactive Touch Screen Kiosk and Photo Area, and EA Sports NASCAR 09 video games.

NASCAR Tailgate City driven by Ford
December 4, 2008 - 43rd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues (Near Hard Rock Cafe)
Tailgate City will bring the NASCAR experience to NYC with NASCAR drivers and celebrities, Official Partner exhibits and entertainment from the Ford Sound Stage.
