The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) will return to New York for the Built Ford Tough Invitational, the second stop on the 2009 Built Ford Tough Series presented by Wrangler. The event will feature 45 top bull riders including Guilherme Marchi (Brazil) who just took his first PBR World Champion title in 2008 after finishing runner-up for three consecutive years.
Marchi will be joined in the Garden by 2008 NYC champion Valdiron de Oliveira (Brazil) and 2007 NYC champion J.B. Mauney (USA). All three of these riders are heavy contenders for the 2009 World title and looking to the launch the new season with the lead.
